|
1.The Barangay Government of Villa through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND 2025 of the Barangay intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (200,
000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PUSPOSE BUILDING. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Barangay Government of Villa now invites for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PUSPOSE BUILDING
Brief Description:
I. LABOR AND MATERIALS UNITS 2.00
3. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission, and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules
and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
5. The bidding is open to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, or organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital
stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat of Barangay Villa and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given
below between 10:00AM to 4:00PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on January 30, 2026-February 9, 2026 from the
address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of
Five Hundred Pesos (500.00)
7. The Schedule of Bidding Activities shall be as follows:
a. Sale and issuance of bid documents - 10:00AM to 4:00PM only, Mondays to Fridays, starting January 30, 2026-February 9, 2026 at the BAC
Secretariat.
b. Submission of Bid Documents – February 9, 2026 10:00 AM at Villa Barangay Hall
c. Opening of Bids – January 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Villa, Barangay Hall
8. The Barangay Government of Villa, Santa Teresita, Cagayan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid proposal, to annul the bidding process, and to
reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders as provided in Section 41 of
RA 9184.
