INVITATION TO BID

The Municipal Government of Laoac, Pangasinan through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ manufacturers/distributors/contractors to bid for the hereunder contract/s:

Name of Project : PROCUREMENT 200 Units Knapsack Sprayer (Dual Purpose)
Location : Laoac, Pangasinan
Approved Budget for the Contract : 600,000.00
Source of Fund : Excise Tax 2023

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Prospective bidders should be registered with the PhilGEPS at www.philgeps.net.

The schedule of BAC activities is as follows:

10. Notice to Proceed

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Laoac, Pangasinan and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the corresponding amount of Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) at Municipal Treasurers Office.

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the above address. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The Municipal Government of Laoac Pangasinan, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.`
