Description

The Department of Education/Taytay Integrated School, Taytay, Danao City, through its Bids and Awards committee hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the items listed in the Suppliers’ Quotation Form (Annex A), subject to the Terms and Conditions of this RFQ.

Name of Project: PROVISION OF UTILITY/JANITORIAL SERVICES FROM JANUARY - DECEMBER 2026
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): (12 MONTHS X P 7,500.00 X 2 LOT) = Php 180,000.00

General Conditions:
1.Bidding will be conducted through Small Value Procurement under Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

2. Quotation shall be attached with the following documents in order to determine if the service providers are technically, legally and financially capable prior to the award of contract:
a. Latest Income Tax Returns /or BIR Registration
b. PhilGEPS Registration; and DTI/SEC Registration
c. Current Mayor’s Permit issued by the City or Municipality where the principal’s place of business of the prospective bidder is located.
d. Signed Omnibus Sworn Statement (notary of the public is not necessary)
3. Quotations without the required documents will be automatically disqualified.
4. Upon receipt of at least (3) quotations, the BAC shall have the option to open the quotations on or before the submission deadline.
5. Payment shall be prepared upon receipt of the Supplier’s Statement of Account.

Quotations and the required documents should be placed on sealed envelope and to be delivered personally to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Chairperson c/o BAC Secretariat at BAC Office, Taytay Integrated School Taytay, Danao City, Cebu by company’s authorized representative not later than January 15, 2026. The BAC will not entertain proposals send through email or other electronic means.

The Department of Education Division of Danao City/Taytay Integrated School, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Quotations/Bids, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder(s), and to accept offer that is most advantageous to the Government.

Quotation that exceeds the ABC shall be rejected. Please indicate in the envelope the Quotation Number, name of the prospective supplier, contact number and official address. Prospective supplier shall be responsible to verify the quoted items with the BAC Secretariat at mobile number, 09385973888.
