The Barangay Sampaloc IV through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors to apply for Eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:

Name of Contract : CONSTRUCTION OF CANAL LINING (LENGTH =250M) LOCATED AT SITIO TALISAYAN, COMPOUND, BARANGAY SAMPALOC IV, CITY OF DASMARIÑAS, CAVITE

Location : Dasmariñas City, Cavite

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php2,000,000.00

Contract Duration : 40 Calendar Days

A Prospective bidder should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract and have key personnel and equipment available for the execution of the contract. The BAC will issue non - discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/ screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid security, Performance Security, Pre-bid Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The Schedule of BAC Activities is as follows:

1. Issuance of Bid Documents January 5, 2026 – January 26, 2026
2. Pre-bid Conference January 12, 2026
3. Receipt of Requirements and Bid Proposal January 26, 2026
4. Opening of Bids January 26, 2026

Prospective bidders must submit their complete bidding requirements in triplicate copies labeled as “ORIGINAL”, “COPY NO. 1” and “COPY NO. 2” to the Bids and Awards Committee at the Barangay Hall of Sampaloc IV, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite on or before 8:00 a.m. of January 26, 2026.
