OFFICE OF MUNICIPAL BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE


The Local Government Unit of Carrascal through its Bids & Awards Committee invites sealed bids from eligible bidders with applicable PCAB licenses Small A or greater for the project of CONST. OF TABON-TABON ELEM. SCHOOL MULTIPURPOSE SHED AT BRGY. BACOLOD, SURIGAO DEL SUR at Carrascal, Surigao del Sur with a total Approved Budget for Contract of Five Million Pesos and 00/100 (Php 5,000,000.00).

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the Bids & Awards Committee office, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00). Bid documents will be available from January 5, 2026 until submission of bids at the Office of BAC.

Pre-bidding conference will be on January 12, 2026, 1:00p.m. at the Executive Conference Hall, Executive Building, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A 12009 and its implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR).

All Bids must be accompanied by a. Bid Security in any form: Cash, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Surety Bond callable upon demand issued by Surety or issuance Commission as authorized to issue such Security, managers Check & irrevocable letter of Credit/Bank guarantee equivalent to 2% of the ABC with a validity period of 150 calendar days. Bids will be opened at the Executive Conference Hall, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur on January 19, 2026 at 1:00pm in the presence of bidder’s representative who choose to attend.

The Local Government Unit of Carrascal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waived any defect therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the government and must abide with the Implementing Rules & Regulations of RA 12009.
