CONCRETE PAVING OF SITIO MADANAY ROAD
ITB No. INFRA-2026-001

The Barangay Government of Sta. Rita, Paoay Ilocos Norte, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund CY 2024 & 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos ( P 453,877.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for: INFRA-2026-001 Concrete Paving of Sitio Madanay Road Barangay 6 Sta. Rita, Paoay, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1.The Barangay Government of Sta. Rita now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Completion of the Works is required within eight (8) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

3.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay Goverment of Sta. Rita and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the Office of the BAC Secretariat at Barangay Sta. Rita Multi Purpose Hall, Paoay, Ilocos Norte from January 2-9, 2025, upon submission of letter of authorization with valid company I.D. of the authorized representative and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PhP 500.00 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

6.The Barangay Goverment of Sta. Rita will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on N/A, which shall be open to all prospective bidders.

7.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before January 9, 2026 at 7:30 AM at Barangay Session Hall, Barangay 6 Sta. Rita, Paoay, Ilocos Norte. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 15.

8.Opening of Bids will be on January 9, 2026 at 8:00 A.M. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders, bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address stated. Late bids shall not be accepted.

9.The Barangay Goverment of Sta. Rita reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
