Description
The Barangay Constantino, intends to apply the sum of ₱221,230.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement and Installation of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The project includes the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV units with the following minimum specifications:

Number of Cameras: 16 units

Type: High-definition (at least 1080p) IR night vision cameras

Recorder: Network Video Recorder (NVR) or Digital Video Recorder (DVR) with at least 1TB storage

Accessories: Cables, connectors, power supply, mounting materials

Monitoring: 1 unit LED monitor

Installation: Complete wiring, mounting, and setup

Warranty: At least 1 year on parts and service

The Schedule of BAC activities is as follows:

1. Issuance and availability of bidding documents November 3, 2025 to November 11, 2025
2. Pre- Bid Conference NONE
3. Opening of Bids and Eligibility Check November 11, 2025 @ 1:30 pm
4. Bid Evaluation November 13 – 14, 2025
5. Post Qualification November 17 - 18, 2025
6. Approval of BAC Resolution/Issuance of Notice and award November 21, 2025
7. Contract Preparation and Signing November 24, 2025

Interested Bidders any secure and shall only be issued eligibility requirements and bid documents from BAC Secretariat before the scheduled date for the eligibility check and opening of bids upon payment of the corresponding non-refundable amount therefore before the office of the Barangay Treasurer.

The BLGU Constantino Virac, Catanduanes reserved the right to accept or reject any bid to annul the Bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
