The Municipality of Masinloc, Province of Zambales, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/Manufacturers/distributors/Contractors to apply for Eligibility and if found Eligible, to bid for the project: PROCUREMENT OF UNIFORM FOR ZONAL ATHLETIC MEET 2025, DEPED, MASINLOC, ZAMBALES with the amount of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P580,200.00) Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedure using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
3. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or organization with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizen of the Philippines, and to the citizens or organization of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizen pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.
4. The Schedule of Bids and Awards Committee"s Activities are as follows:
1. Issuance of Bid Documents – NOVEMBER 2-10, 2025
2. . Submission & Opening of Bids –NOVEMBER 10, 2025 @ 10:00AM, 2nd Floor, BAC Room, Mun. Bldg, Brgy Inhobol, Masinloc, Zambales
3. Bid Evaluation – NOVEMBER 11 , 2025
4. Post- Qualification – NOVEMBER 12, 2025
5. Issuance of Notice of Award - NOVEMBER 13, 2025
6. Contract Preparation & Signing -NOVEMBER 14, 2025
7. Notice to Proceed -NOVEMBER 17, 2025
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents (SOFT COPY) may be purchased by interested Bidders commencing on dates above and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the Bidding documents in the amount of One Thousand pesos (P1,000.00).
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the dates and the time above stated. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Cash or Cashier’s/Manager’s check; Surety Bond callable upon demand issued by a surety or insurance company duly certified by the Insurance Commission as authorized to issue such security
y (5% of the ABC); or Bid Securing Declaration (duly notarized). Late Bids will not be accepted.
7. The LGU-Masinloc, Zambales reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to waive any. Minor defects, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s and to accept bid as may be considered most advantageous to the government.
