DESCRIPTION
This project calls for the upgrading of the existing endpoint protection from a standard to an enterprise subscription license for a period of three years.
The purchase will ensure continuous protection against a range of threats, such as viruses, spyware, phishing attempts, spam, and offensive internet
content. This requirement complies with the DICT Department Circular No. 004 Series of 2024, which states that layered security or technological safeguards
must be in place to protect information systems and personally identifiable information, as well as the National Privacy Commission"s guidelines.
SCOPE OF SUBSCRIPTION
• Provision of enterprise edition subscription license for 500 endpoints
• Provision of Extended Detection and Response for Office 365 productivity applications, and they should be of the same brand. Third-party software is
not allowed.
• Patch management should be included in subscription licenses, and they should be of the same brand. Third-party software is not allowed.
• Provision of software and security updates during the subscription period.
• Provision of 8x5 Standard Technical Support (Web Access, Email, and Phone Support)
• Provision of product installation and configuration.
• Conduct at least 8 hours training technical training for MIS IT staff on installation, configuration, administration and maintenance on the product
being proposed.
