Description
NVITATION TO BID / REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Barangay Dagupan of Allacapan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Contract: Road Opening Zone5, Dagupan, Allacapan, Cagayan
Approved Project
for the contract (ABC): PHP 200,000.00
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening and the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
The complete schedule of activities is listed, as follows:

1. Issuance of Eligibility Requirements/Bid Documents OCTOBER 29, 2025
2. Receipt of Eligibility Requirements NOVEMBER 3, 2025 / 7:00 PM
3. Submission/Opening of Bids NOVEMBER 3, 2025 / 7:00 PM
The BAC will issue the prospective bidder Eligibility Forms and Bidding Documents of the Barangay Hall, upon their payment of a non-refundable amount of PHP 1,000.00 to the Barangay Treasurer. Prospective bidder shall submit the Eligibility Requirements and Bid Documents to the BAC at the above-stated schedule and address. A bid security equivalent shall accompany all bids to 2% of the ABC for cash, manager’s check, bank draft, an irrevocable letter of credit issued by a commercial or universal bank; and 5% of the ABC for a surety bond.
The Barangay Dagupan of Allacapan assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnity bidders for any expenses incurred in preparing their bids.
