Deliverables:
1. Conceptualization of BEVTF 2025 Visual Identity and Application to Promo Collateral: - Brand logo, color, typography - Branding guidelines (brand story, core identity) - Digital collateral Color Palette: Dark Green and Silver

Soft Copy to be submitted to DTI Region 08 for 1st Approval: no later than 05 August 2025

Inclusive of subsequent editing until DTI 8’s approved final design no later than 05 September 2025.

2. Printing and Delivery of DTI 08 Approved IEC Materials:
2.1 Posters 20” x 30” Quantity: 30 pieces Digital Printed
2.2 Directory Magazine Booklet A5 Size 24 pages including cover Glossy Pages Full color, two side printing Quantity: 200 pieces

To be delivered: September 15, 2025 at DTI Regional Office 08 Pawing, Palo, Leyte

3. Printing and Delivery of DTI 08 Approved IEC Materials:
3.1 Trade Fair Infographics (Directory of Exhibitors) Quantity: 1 piece, Material: Tarpaulin with grommets Size: width: 8 feet, height 5 feet
3.2 Ecobags Quantity: 5,000 Material: Polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric Color: Dark Green With Printed Logo 3.3 Escalator Overhead Posters with Grommets Material: Foam board Size: width: 60 inches height: 20 inches Quantity: 18 pieces

To be delivered on October 07, 2025 10:00 AM at Megatrade Hall 1, 5TH Level, SM Megamall

Supplier Qualifications:
1. Must be a multi-disciplinary designer working on print, branding, and multimedia
2. Experienced in design and printing of brochures, manuals, business cards and other collaterals in at least two similar trade fair projects
3. Must have previous engagement with at least two similar-DTI conducted trade fairs

Interested bidders must submit valid documents/ proof of:
1. Mayor’s Business Permit
2. PhilGEPS Certification
