NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)
PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Seventy-One Thousand
Four Hundred Forty Pesos (Php271,440.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Contractor on the Lease of Fifteen
(15) Units Printer for PNOC EC (“Project”). The services shall be delivered/rendered within one (1) year upon receipt of Acceptance Letter and Notice
to Proceed to PNOC EC, Building 1, Energy Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.
Proposals together with the conformed Terms of Reference may be delivered to the address below or email at jccamino@pnoc-ec.com.ph /
esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before May 20, 2025, not later than 1:00 p. m. Late submission shall not be accepted.
Bidders are also required to submit photocopies of the following documents during the bid submission:
1. Business/Mayor’s Permit
2. Current and updated PhilGEPS registration (red membership)
3. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached form), accompanied by the duly notarized Special Power of Attorney, Board/Partnership Resolution, or
Secretary’s Certificate, whichever is applicable
4. One (1) Year Certificate of Warranty on parts, toners and support services
5. Other appropriate licenses and permits as required by law or as stated in the TOR
PNOC EC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject any and all bids at any time, without thereby incurring
any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. PNOC EC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred
in the preparation of the bid.
