Invitation to prequalify & request for quotation notice is hereby given, that the TUPC will conduct a small value procurement by the way of a sealed quotation for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT (DIT), INDUSTRY RELATION AND JOB PLACEMENT (IRJP) AND NATIONAL SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM (NSTP) OFFICE

The Following schedule of the SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT process shall be observed:

- The interested parties must submit eligibility requirements and GEPS certificates of registration on or before March 31 , 2025, 8:00 AM through email:

 tupc.procurement@tup.edu.ph / Cc: tupc_bacsec@tup.edu.ph

- All quotations must be submitted on or before March 31, 2025, 4:00 PM through email:
 tupc.procurement@tup.edu.ph / Cc: tupc_bacsec@tup.edu.ph

- TUP Cavite campus reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to decide the bidding/shopping of failure or waive any or all information, or to award such bids to the supplier/bidders whose bids are considered most advantageous to the Government and make no assurance that a contract shall be entered into a result of this invitation.

TUPC reserves the right to reject any bids, waive any contained therein, and accept the most advantageous to the Philippine Government.

Approved Budget of Contract: Php 228,500.00
