INVITATION TO BID FOR "CONST./INST. OF CHB LINED DRAINAGE CANAL"

1. The Barangay Astorga Alangalang Leyte through the budget approved by the Sangguniang Barangay intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 100, 000.00) being the payment under the contract for Const./Inst. Of CHB Lined Drainage Canal.

2. Bids received the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as "Government Procurement Reform Act".

3. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8am-12nn and 1pm - 5pm.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents shall be purchased by interested Bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Documents in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P 500.00).

5. No Pre-Bid conference will be conducted except upon written request of any prospective bidder shall be held within a reasonable period before prospective to adequately prepare the bids subject to the approval of the BAC.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address given below on or before March 28, 2024, at 1:00 pm/BAC Office.

7. At Barangay Hall, Barangay Astorga, Alangalang, Leyte. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB.

8. Bids will be opened on March 28, 2024/at 1:00pm /BAC Office in the presence of the bidder’s representative who choose to attend at the address given below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

9. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Astorga reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
