INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITYAND TO BID.

The Municipal Government of Mahatao through 20% Development Funds intends to apply the sum of Php 973,255.10 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery & Installation of 3-Phase Bank Transformer including Feeder line, service entrance and metering of LGU Mahatao Building Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipal Government of Mahatao now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery & Installation of 3-Phase Bank Transformer including Feeder line, service entrance and metering of LGU Mahatao Building Completion of the Works is 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Local Government of Mahatao and inspect the quotations at the address below during 8:00 AM - 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Quotation must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below
at the BAC Office, Mahatao, Batanes.

Opening of quotations shall be at the Municipal Training Hall. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The LGU BAC of Mahatao, Batanes reserves the right to accept and reject any bid, declare the whole bidding process null and void any time prior to the awarding of contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
