Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) has a requirement for Clerk of Works Services for the Caerau Energy Efficiency Scheme.

Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) seek to appoint the provision of a Clerk of Works / site inspection service to oversee the technical aspects of a replacement wall insulation scheme to c. 100 properties in Caerau, Maesteg, Bridgend. This project relates only to the retrofit of older properties (built around mid-1800’s), for the removal of current wall insulation, the rectification of associated works, the re-installation of wall insulation and ancillary works (such as roofline extensions, plinth details, etc.).
