INVITATION TO BID

DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT ZONE 1
BARANGAY BAGOLATAO.


1. BLGU of BAGOLATAO, Minalabac, Cam. Sur through 20% BDF C/Y 2023 Budget intends to apply the some of SIXTY THOUSAND AND 20 PESOS (PHP 61,020.00) being the Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL of Barangay Bagolatao. Bids received and excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected of the opening.
2. BLGU of Bagolatao now invites BIDS for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail
criterion as specified in the implementation of Rule and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise
known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole
proprietorship, partnership or organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding
capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from BLGU-Bagolatao and inspect the bidding
documents at the address given below during office days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon
payment of the amount of Three Hundred Pesos (Php. 300.00).
6. Bids must be deliver to the address below on or before AUGUST , 2023 at the BAC Secretariat Office of
Barangay Bagolatao. All bids must be accompanied by a bids security in any of the acceptable form in
the amount stated in ITB, Bids will be opened in presence of the bidders representatives, who chooses to the
attend at the address below. Late Bids shall not be accepted.
7. To be eligible to bid for this contract, contractors must submit three copies, one original copy and two
photocopies of Bidding Documents and such be accordance with the Philippine Documents.
8. The Procurement Activities are must follows:

Issuance of Bid Documents: Sept. 7 to Sept.8, 2023 (8 am to 5 pm) at
Barangay Bagolatao, Minalabac, Cam. Sur.

Submission of Bid: Sept. 9 to 10, 2023 (9 am to 5pm) at the BAC Secretariat Office Barangay Hall of Bagolatao.

Opening of Bids: Sept. 12 and 13, 2023 at 10 am at the Barangay Hall of Bagolatao.

9. BLGU of Bagolatao, Minalabac, Cam. Sur reserve the right to accept or reject any of all bids and to annul
the Bidding Process anytime before contract award, without incurring any liability to he affected bidders.
