5. Tie Breaking Method will be used to resolve cases where an occurrence of a tie among bidders takes place, i.e., two or more of the bidders are determined and declared as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB)Bidder (LCRB) with Reference to GPPB Circular 06-2005.
6. The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources IV-A reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
