1.Health & Population Department (H&PD) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the 6548-PK and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Program Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU), Health & Population Department (H&PD), Government of Punjab.

2. H&PD Govt. of the Punjab now invites bids from eligible bidders for procurement of PPH Calibrated Drape for Safe Delivery Kits as per details provided in this bidding document.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) Single Stage One Envelop as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [ July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018], and is open to all eligible Bidders.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Specialist, phcip_health@outlook.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours [ 0900 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.

5. The bidding document in English may be downloaded by eligible interested Bidders at the cost of Rs. 2000/- from the website https://pshealthpunjab.gov.pk or from the office of Procurement Specialist.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1200 hours, 25-03-2026 by hand or through courier. Late Bids shall be rejected.Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 1230 hours, 25-03-2026.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Security of 02% of estimated price.”
