• School Education & Literacy Department(SE&LD), Government of Sindh , has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF SOCIAL-EMONTIONAL SUPPORT (SES) MATERIAL BOARDS FOR 145 SCHOOLS UNDER BATCH-1.
• The Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh, is inviting sealed quotations for the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF SOCIAL-EMONTIONAL SUPPORT (SES) MATERIAL BOARDS FOR 145 SCHOOLS UNDER BATCH-1
• Interested bidders are required to submit their quotations based on the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. The RFQ document can be obtained by submitting a written request to the provided address or downloaded from the website https://rsu-sindh.gov.pk, where the notice is also available.
• Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure as specified in the World Bank “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised Nov 2017 and August 2018].
• Quotations must be delivered to the following address on 24th December 2025 at 12:00 Noon, Late quotations will be rejected.
• Submission of quotations in electronic format is not allowed. Quotations must be submitted through physical means.
