District Engineers

Qualifications

The District Engineers will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Civil Technology from a recognized university (advanced degree will be an added benefit) together with:

• Proven construction management and supervision skills
• Fluency in English
• Computer skills – AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera P6, MS Project etc.

Experience

The District Engineers should have at least 05 years professional experience which should have included:

• Experience in construction management and the supervision and quality control of construction works.
• Experience in the role of Site Engineer in a project of similar size and nature.
• Experience of disaster related reconstruction and rehabilitation.

Bio Medical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A bachelor"s or master’s degree in biomedical engineering/Electro medical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• Professional Certification: Preferably, ppossession of relevant certifications, such as Certified Clinical Engineer (CCE) or Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET), can be advantageous.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with national and international regulations and standards related to medical devices and equipment is essential.

Experience:

Experience Level: Typically, candidates with minimum 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data management and quality control.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Pharmacist

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) degree from a recognized university/institution.
• License: Valid Pharmacy Council registration (Category A).

Experience:

• Minimum one (01) year of relevant experience in pharmacy practice, preferably in hospital, supply chain, or public health settings.
• Familiarity with medicine procurement, storage, and distribution procedures.
• Basic understanding of World Bank or donor-funded project processes will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, record keeping, and quality assurance of medicines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Demonstrated ability to provide technical assistance in documentation, coordination, and reporting related to medicines and pharmacy management.
