REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit – Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PMIU-PESRP) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Getting Result: Access and Delivery of quality Education Services in Punjab (GRADES-P) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Equipment.

The quotations are invited from well reputed registered firms having NTN and GST Registration. The complete quotations (hard form) along with all required documents as requested in the RFQ must reach this office by October 16, 2025 till 12:30 p.m. Any quotation received after the scheduled time shall not be entertained and would be returned unopened.

Request for Quotations (RFQ) document can be downloaded (FREE OF COST) from the Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit – Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PMIU-PESRP) website https://www.pesrp.edu.pk/ Procurements/Goods & Services.

Procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers –November-2020, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Firms are requested to give their best and final prices as negotiations are not allowed. The Quotations shall be valid for a period as specified in the Request for Quotations document. Interested bidders may obtain further information from below mentioned address.
