The bidder firm must be income Tax and Sales Tax Register and must be on active tax payer list of FBR.

The bidder must be a manufacturer or authorized agent of the manufacturer for (Laptop, printer and Photocopier) in Pakistan.

Should have a minimum of Three (3) years of post-experience registration in supplies of similar assignment.

Supplier/dealer should have a documented track of completing at least Five (5) similar assignments, involving the supply of a comparable scale. Documentary proof to be provided.

Offeror must provide the quality assurance certificate, and performance satisfactory certificates.

The Bidder Must not be blacklisted by any Government/ Semi Govt. Organization in Pakistan and no litigation is under way by any organization.

One-year local warranty should be provided.

Used, refurbished below specification items and late, conditional and incomplete quotations will not be acceptable.

Equipments must be delivered in Peshawar at the venue mentioned below within 30 days of issuance of Purchase Order/Notification of Award.

Bid validity must be 60 days. Quotation must be signed and stamped.

Project Director is the competent authority for grievance redressal.

Non-compliance of the criteria will result in rejection of the quotation.

The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices including all applicable taxes as no negotiations will be allowed at later stage.

Price Shall be fixed and bid price should be in Pak Rupees.
