Contract Title: Procurement of Civil Works for Establishment/Construction of Burial Pits at BHUs in

Eleven Districts Of The Punjab Under PHCIP.

Govt. Of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the 6548-PK, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Burial Pits at BHUs in Eleven Districts of The Punjab under PHCIP.

PMIU, PHCIP, Primary and Secondary Health Department (PSHD) now invites bids from eligible bidders for the Civil Works for the Establishment/ Construction of Burial Pits at BHUs in Eleven Districts of the Punjab.

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids One Envelop Process as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [ July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018], and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from PHCIP (Health Component), 05 –Montgomery Road, Lahore during the office hours from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Email: phcip_health@outlook.com.

The RFB document in English may be obtained from the office of Procurement Specialist during office hours before the deadline of submission of bids against a fee of Rs. 2000/- or can be download from the websites (www.pshealth.punjab.gov.pk).

All the bids must be accompanied by a 1% bid security of estimated cost in the form of irrevocable CDR/Bank Guarantee in the favor of Punjab Human Capital Investment Project PHFMC-P&SHD Component (PERSP).

Sealed bids are required to be submitted by the Bidders by hand or through courier on 18th March, 2024 till 12:00 PM positively in the, PHCIP (Health Component), Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, 05- Montgomery Road Lahore. The bids received till stipulated date & time shall be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Bids received after the date and time deadline receipt shall not be considered.
