Parallel framework agreement for engineering services HVAC

Description: Kinn municipality would like to use this procurement to enter into parallel framework agreements for the procurement of engineering services within HVAC. The municipality shall implement an ambitious main plan. The contracting authority has a high ability to fulfil the contract. The municipalities need technical advice with wailing spaces. Desse vert nytta for the engineering design of roads, lakes and sewage. Kinn municipality would like to use this procurement to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3 or 4 tenderers for the sub-area. Kinn municipality wishes, through this contract, to get simple and good access to technical consultancy services and to get a licence for this with good quality and at the right price. Tenderers shall make the contracting authority a high priority. The consultant must facilitate the works so that it is capacity to meet the contracting authority ́s needs in the contract period. The scope of the contract is unclear and the contracting authority does not procure the purchase obligation in volume in accordance with this procurement. The municipality ́s agreement that one can announce assignments over NOK 500,000 in eigne competitions. The contracting authority would like to have up to 4 parallel framework agreements. See the attached requirement specifications. The framework agreement has a framework of up to NOK 25,000,000 over a 4 year period. We emphasise that this is an estimate based on own knowledge of price, historical consumption and plan-made activity. A quarter year budget and any other guidelines from the municipal council, debting laws and regulations and equivalent will also be a guideline for the activity.
