Facade and window cleaning with drones

Description: The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that covers Oslobygg KF ́s need for external window cleaning, facade cleaning and related services on properties in the centre and west portfolios, as well as the North and East. The service shall ensure a high maintenance level, good aesthetic expression, hygienic standard and shall contribute to the lifetime of the facades and window surfaces. The work shall be carried out with the right quality, safety and efficiency, and methods and equipment shall be adapted to the buildings ́ construction and materials. Tenderers shall minimise the risk of damage and handle challenges such as difficult available areas, secured/armoured glass and the need for special equipment such as lifts or drones. The framework agreement shall be flexible with changes in the property portfolio and ensure efficient ordering and execution. Tenderers must have the necessary competence, capacity and quality systems and fulfil the relevant HSE and environmental requirements. For more information, see Annex 1 - Performance Description.
