Turnkey contract - Alteration of Terna omsorgsbustader

Description: There is a lack of sheltered accommodation for young people in Øygarden municipality. This is a user group consisting of youths and young vaccinations who need help and support to establish themselves in the own bustad. The Brukargruppa has often said challenges and need adapted to the heildøgns ́ health and welfare inhabitant. The Bustad complex shall be constructed with personnel shelter for heildøgn care.  The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the alteration of Terna nursery school to omsorgsbustad for young vaccinations. The alterations shall be carried out as a turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407. There will be a site inspection/in-place conference Friday 20.02.2026, 10:00. Address: Ternholmvegen 59, 5337 Rong. Tenderers who would like to participate can register for writing through the communication module in Mercell.
