Description: The Law on certain conditions regarding the political parties (the Party Act) came into force in 01.01.2006. The Party Act Committee is central to the system for control that the political parties comply with their obligations under the party law. In order to strengthen independent control over the financing of the registered political parties, the professional and politically neutral control body the PRU was created through a legislative amendment in 2013. The estimated contract value for both auditors is NOK 2.4 million excluding VAT. The expected consumption is NOK 2,000,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority and it will depend on the extent of the routine checks and the number of special assignments as well as guidance connected to them. The final delivery deadline for the contract is 18 September 2030.
