Partnering contract Skjervøy Primary School

Description: Skjervøy kommune hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a collaboration contractor with consultants for Skjervøy primary school. In KS case 12/24, a decision was made that the current primary school in Skjervøy shall be demolished and a new primary school shall be constructed on the current site. The old school building shall be replaced with a completely new school building for 230 pupils as well as a cultural school. The small gym hall is requested incorporated. The new school building shall, among other things, see to the current and future requirements for energy and climate, as well as requirements for lower operating costs and have a positive impact on learning and public health.   The preliminary project shall be presented for political decisions in the autumn 2026 on implementation.  The existing school shall be demolished and a temporary school established.  The new school shall be ready for moving into autumn 2028. The project shall be developed in a collaboration process with a collaboration contractor, architects and consultants.   See Part II contract documentation and part III performance description for further information on the project and the contract work.
