Parallel framework agreements for the hire of IT consultants

Description: The contracting authority would like to enter into a parallel framework agreement to cover the need for consultants for sparring on specialist related problems within IT, and assistance with troubleshooting software/hardware. In order to ensure good access to competence and capacity within the service categories as possible, the Contracting Authority intends to enter into a parallel framework agreement with ranking. The contracting authority ́s experience suggests that each assignment that is solved with sparring and/or error recovery can start within a sub-area of a service category, in order to develop into a need for competence from other sub-areas or service categories. Because of this, each tenderer will need to have as broad competence as possible, at the same time that the competence is relevant for the infrastructure that the contracting authority has.
