Description: Procurement of a Turnkey Contract for a New Safety Post Valen Hospital, Helse Fonna HF. The project includes approx. 776 m2 alterations to level 2 in the building "Kringlebakken", as well as a 246 m2 new building with 14 beds and two screening units to cover a development potential in a regional perspective connected to the need for security places. A small additional building is being developed here in connection with the existing building." The pastry hill" where the new security department shall be established is a brick building from 1970. Partly modernised and raised in 2005/2006. There will be internal demolition and a total alteration of the building ́s first floor, as well as an extension on the terrain.
