Framework agreement for consultancy services for constructional disciplines.

Description: The contracting authority manages approx. 300,000 m2 buildings nationwide and has an ownership/lease relationship to approx. 160 buildings throughout the Norway, divided between office locations, traffic stations, inspection stations and laboratories. The contracting authority has different roles in ongoing and planned new construction and alteration projects, but is uncertain about the amount and need, which projects will come and in what phases. We have, thus, a need for various consultancy services within building engineering disciplines, so that we have resources available when the need for consultancy services arises. The framework agreement is for the provision of consultancy services for building engineering disciplines and comprises: - Engineering design services in different types of contracts, including sketch projects, preliminary projects including calculations, detailed engineering design services and engineering design services. Preparation of a description and MOM documentation in accordance with NS 3420. Assistance with information/documentation and the preparation of annexes to the tender documentation, as well as other significant documentation beyond the preparation of the description/requirement specifications (e.g. reports/reports/risk assessments/SHA plans).
