Description: The assignment is for the construction of a new quarter building – Jekten – at Haakonsvern Orlogsstasjon for Forsvarsbygg.The building shall house 98 cabins, of which 10 are universally designed, and erected as a five-storey residential building with a base and four identical dorm plans. The jack shall be connected to the existing officer barracks, Briggen, via a universally designed footbridge. The building shall fulfil TEK17, the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s engineering design requirements and relevant standards within fire, acoustics, energy, environment and technical installations. Main content of the assignment: The construction of a new quarter building approx. 4,270 m² gross with 98 cabins- Delivery of technical systems - Development of outside areas - footbridge for Briggen- Rigging and operation in military area with special requirements for access, safety, traffic and the outer environment.- The turnkey contractor ́s responsibility includes complete engineering design services, coordination with The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s framework supplier (AAK, SD, furniture, AV), as well as full MOM delivery and systematic completion.
