Framework agreement for workshop services for Alver municipality - Qualification phase.

Description: Alver municipality shall procure workshop services for its vehicles, including mechanical services and body work. Alver municipality would like to enter into one contract for each service, including one (1) contract with a workshop for mechanical services, and one (1) contract with a workshop for body work. Alver municipality currently has vehicles in operation throughout the entire municipality. In total, the municipality has around 300 vehicles, most of which are of recent date 2020 and most of the brand Toyota Yaris hybrid and Toyota Proace Diesel/electric. The vehicles are used by nurses, plumbers, carpenters, mechanics, administration etc. Therefore the use and wear and tear of the vehicle fleet will vary. Around 30 of the cars are electric, but this number will increase. It is therefore important that tenderers are well aware of working with both high voltage and low voltage batteries and have equipment for the diagnosis and repairs of electric vehicles. The average driving length is around 15,000 km per vehicle. Alver municipality has until today used various local workshops or in Åsane.The contracting authority mainly requires workshop services in passenger cars and goods vans under 3,500 tonnes. Alver municipality would like to enter into a contract with one or several tenderers who can offer workshop services within these two main areas.
