Framework agreement microscopes (lab) for the health authorities in Helse Midt-Norway

Description: The framework agreement for microscopes that shall be used in the laboratory medical clinics in Helse Midt-Norway.The contract gives the Customer the right to purchase goods or equipment covered by the Agreement within the scope and duration of the Agreement. The contract does not establish an obligation for the Contracting Authority to procure a specific volume/amount. The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out their own/other procurements rather than using the framework agreement. The framework agreement is, thus, not exclusive. The objective of the agreement is to establish general provisions for the purchase of Varen.
