2025/468 : Framework agreement video animation services

Description: The aim of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a professional provider of video animation services in order to cover the Norwegian Industrial Property Office ́s need for understandable training videos. We would like tenderers to develop animated videos that shall preferably be used for external training, so that Patentstyret can achieve its main aim: Increase knowledge of PatentstyretØke knowledge on intellectual property values and rights in our target group, Get new customers to Patentstyret.Tenderers shall be a consultant in planning and concept development for all animated film productions. Tenderers shall also have a permanent account manager for the Norwegian Industrial Property Office and provide project management in productions. The tenderer shall mainly carry out productions with their own employees and with their own equipment. This means that the tenderer shall have employees with competence in concept development, project management, production, editing and completion of animated film productions.
