Consultants for municipal engineering, project and asset management – framework agreement

Description: Gjesdal Municipality invites suppliers to participate in a competition for a framework agreement within the municipal technical disciplines VVAR, the discipline of land‑use planning, cemetery management, and construction management. Through this procurement, the contracting authority seeks to engage external expertise for consultancy services, design/engineering, and construction management. The supplier awarded the framework agreement is expected to be operational and able to take on projects immediately after contract signing. The contracting authority requires assistance for planned projects as well as smaller asset‑management assignments. Please refer to Annex 1 – Requirements Specification and Description of Needs – for relevant tasks and a more detailed description of requirements.
