Description: The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency requests tenders for the engineering design and construction of two new buildings with a total of 40 officers quarters at Porsangermoen. Tenders shall be submitted with an option for the construction of a further 4 quarters in each building as shown in the option sketch. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency reserves the right to trigger the option for 4 extra quarters in a building without this affecting the option price.NB: The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency emphasises that "Option 2.3 - nZEB 48 quarters" has been decided to be taken up before the competition, and the option is therefore included as a part of the main delivery. The relationship is therefore no longer to be seen as an option. The price form shall be completed in accordance with the set-up in the tender documentation, as there will be a site inspection 04.02.2026, 13.03, meet at Stalloveien, Porsangmoen.Registration for the site inspection shall be registered in Mercell by 02.02.2026 at 12:00.
