Description: Internally in Alver municipality there is an increasing demand for target orally, whole-health restructuring and improvement processes. Tighter economic frameworks provide an increased need for savings, while new technology gives new possibilities for streamlining, digitalisation and innovation. With this as a backdrop, Alver municipality shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for consultancy services within organisation work, including, but not limited to: Planning, implementing and managing restructuring processes. Systematic improvement and development work. Processes connected to profit realisation, economic and qualitative. Processes within digitalisation, artificial intelligence (KI) and innovation.
