Jobbklubb - Innlandet 2026

Description: Nav has an existing tender for digital job seeker courses, which works well for some target groups. There is, however, a clear need in Inland for more locally adapted systems with local attendance, closer follow-up and possibilities for work practice. Nav Innlandet would therefore like to procure a physical course offer that can supplement the digital and meet the needs of a broader target group of job seekers in the region. Tenders shall be flexible and adapted to both content and length in accordance with the participant group ́s needs. The initiative shall strengthen participants ́ knowledge and skills in job searching, so that they quickly come out in ordinary, paid work. Through career guidance, practical support and the possibility for work practice, participants shall become active job seekers who use their competence, experience and interests. The initiative shall contribute to participants increasing their ability to compete for both published and non-published positions in different branches. They shall develop job seeker competence and gain guidance in finding good and efficient strategies for job searches. Further specifications of the service requirements are in the requirement specifications in the tender documentation Part III, annex 1.
