Framework agreements for engineering design services and project administration

Description: Øygarden municipality would like to establish a framework agreement with suppliers who primarily provide consultancy services for buildings, sites/roads and planning, as well as project administration. The procurement is divided into two areas: 1. Framework agreement engineering design services2. Framework agreement Project Administration Framework agreement 1 shall cover Øygarden municipality ́s need for planning and engineering design services on buildings and sites, both new buildings and renovations. The framework agreement shall also cover technical consultancy services against the municipality ́s existing buildings and roads. Framework agreement 2 shall cover Øygarden commision ́s need for assistance with project administration connected to process management, construction management/builder works and SHA renting. In this agreement tenderers must ensure that tenderers shall sit at the local help of the builder and work.
