E39 Rogfast - clearing plastic 2026-2029

Description: Project E39 Rogfast would like tenders for clearing plastic in the sea that comes from the project ́s installations with the accompanying sea fillings. The assignment is for the collection, mapping and reporting of plastic waste. The number of rounds with clearing within the defined exploration area is determined at 8 per year, with a duration of four years. The assignment will be awarded to the tenderer who gives the tender that, in total, appears most advantageous based on the submitted tenders and the contracting authority ́s needs. All costs connected to the tenderer"s execution of the assignment shall be included in the tender offer, including, among other things: boat with drivers, clearing crews, equipment, fuel, insurances, administration, reporting, office management and waste management etc. The tender letter shall include a description of how the tenderer intends to solve the assignment, including HSE measures. Location of the assignment: Rogaland, Ryfylke basin in Kvitsøy, Stavanger, Randaberg, Strand municipalities, see the map in point 2.1. Extra clearing rounds on other areas than the above mentioned areas may be relevant, see point 2.3 option.
