Description: Helse Midt-Norway (HMN) would like to improve the work on risk management in order to safeguard the health authorities ́ primary assignments. Helse Midt-Norway would like the opportunity to identify and aggregate risk in a total overview picture with good synergy for follow-up and strategic action plans. Possibilities are wanted for an overview picture of aggregated risk analyses and development plans as a basis for the preparation of new strategic plans and guidelines. HMN is therefore looking for a regional risk management solution where it is possible, among other things: Get a total overview of risk in companies and in the company group Breakdown the risk picture to identify risk elementsPlan and follow-up measures to prevent and minimise the consequences of unwanted events Carry out and streamline the execution of risk assessments, including assessments of privacy consequences (DPIA) and assessments of consequences for fundamental human rights.
