Plumbing services, framework agreement

Description: The competition is for the provision of plumbing services within heating installations, sanitary installations and sprinkler installations with material. The municipality owns, operates, maintains and manages approx. 155,000 m2 buildings (buildings for education, education, health, managing housing, stores and cultural buildings, municipal engineering etc.). Tenderers shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the contracting authority requires otherwise. The framework agreement shall mainly cover the municipality ́s need for plumbing services for ongoing operations and maintenance work in the contract period. The estimated value per annum and the maximum value for the entire contract period per group, including any options and the expected price rise are stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. APPRENTICE: The obligation to set requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 7.
