Description: The competition is for the delivery of different types of electronic medicinal dispensers for multi-dose and doses. The contracting authority is Rakkestad municipality, which is the Vertskommune.  Participants are: Fredrikstad municipality, Hvaler municipality, Våler municipality, Råde municipality, Frogn municipality, Øyer municipality, Gausdal municipality, Ringebu municipality, Lillehammer municipality, Nordre Follo municipality, Vestby municipality, Ås municipality, Eidskog municipality and Skiptvedt municipality. Option: Nesodden municipality, Indre Østfold municipality, Marker municipality, Sarpsborg municipality and Halden municipality. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 61,500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 252,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. Apprentice: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7 and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement as the procurement is an procurement, cf. the apprentice regulations § 4.
