Description: Tysvær municipality announces a competition for parallel framework agreements with two - 2 - tenderers applicable carpentry services with the accompanying materiell.Ca. 75% of the assignments will be awarded supplier no. 1 and approx. 25% to supplier no. 2. The municipality will assess the award in my practice. once per year. Note: The contract period is 3+1+1 years. Unilateral right for Tysvær municipality to extend the contract for 1+1 year. Contract value: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. The stated value is only an estimate and is not binding for the municipality. The calculation is based on historical figures, as well as the expected activity. The expected value does not, thus, carry equivalent purchasing obligation.  Tenderers cannot demand more procurements under the framework agreement than what is described in the municipality"s requirements and wishes.  The tenderer cannot demand compensation if the actual purchase is lower than expected. Note: The price form shall not be submitted in the qualification phase.
