Framework agreement for the hire of explosive search dogs for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.

Description: The Norwegian Public Roads Administration often carries out works in areas where blasting works have previously been carried out. In these areas residues and sawing of dynamite ointments and cartridged primers may remain. This type of charge has remained untouched in the ground for many years, and the quality of the charges is varying and unknown. This poses a major security issue when contractors dig and drill in the areas. When suspicions of remaining explosives are identified, it is important that searches for the remaining explosives are quickly and surely carried out. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration ("contracting authority") would therefore like to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer for the hire of explosive search dogs for searches for explosives.
