Procurement of framework agreements for cleaning services 2026-2028

Description: The objective of the procurement is to enter into contract(s) for the purchase of regular cleaning services, through a framework agreement for cleaning services. The need that will form the basis for the procurement/delivery is cleaning of areas in approx. 52 churches and other buildings managed by the Contracting Authority; The Church Council in Oslo. The contracting authority is planning to enter into a framework agreement with two - 2 tenderers; of which each tenderer is planned to be awarded a contract for one – 1 of a total of two - 2 zones. All cleaning agents in the framework agreement will be held by the Contracting Authority and/or the congregation. Necessary equipment for the execution of the assignment, such as mops, cloths and vacuum cleaners, etc., is the supplier responsible for. The environment form in annex 2 shall be completed and part of/accompanying the tender. See also environmental requirements in point 5.2 in the tender documentation, as well as in the Requirement Specifications in annex 2. The framework agreement includes fixed cleaning mainly for churches, but also other types of buildings. There can be changes in and of the zone divisions during the contract period. There will be seasonal variations at religious holidays and during summer holidays, which may lead to some deviation from the regular cleaning plan. Due to seasonal variations/seasonal reductions in the number of cleaning performed, the year/year wheel for this framework agreement only consists of 11 months.
