Framework agreement - Lawyer services - Barnevernssaker (New notice)

Description: Kristiansand municipality, c/o the Municipal Solicitor, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for lawyer services for procedure assignments in connection with coercive cases under the Child Protection Act.NB: This is a new notice for a framework agreement - Lawyer services - Child Protection Cases | Doffin, Public Procurement Database, cancelled 12.11.2025. The cancellation was due to the announcement not containing the tender deadline, contrary to the procurement regulations § 10-4 (1). It is stated in the tender management tool and the notice form that this is an open tender contest after the public procurement regulations parts I and III, but this is an error. The competition will be held as an open tender contest after the public procurement regulations parts I and II, as stated in the tender documentation point 2.1. The Contracting Authority has had to write the wrong procedure in the competition implementation tool and the announcement form in order to get the tender exemption in the actual notice. At the current time it is not technically possible to choose the correct procedure in the notice and at the same time get a tender deadline registered in the actual notice.
