Cleaning services - Sports, bathrooms and additional cleaning.

Description: Bærum municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for cleaning services (referred to as "municipal sports and swimming facilites and additional cleaning").  The contracting authority shall enter into a contract for the following cleaning services: Regular and periodic cleaning at Bærum sports park ("BIP-hallen" - which consists of sports halls, swimming pools and athletics buildings). Regular and periodic cleaning at Nadderudhallen (which consists of a sports hall and swimming pool). Additional cleaning at other locations.  Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated total annual amount for sports and bathrooms is NOK 3,500,000 excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The volume for additional cleaning for other locations will vary per annum, but the estimated value is NOK 300,000 -1,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum total amount for additional orders at other locations is NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority can give compensation free of charge for this part of the contract when the maximum amount for this has been reached. There is great uncertainty as to whether the expected amount of additional cleaning is due to the municipality ́s financial situation, thus the estimated volume and the maximum total amount is difficult to calculate.
